ScoopaDoopa Service & Payment Policy
General
We scoop all waste from your garden, double-bag it in eco-friendly biodegradable bags, and safely dispose of it in your refuse bin.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, credit card, and debit card.
Cash Payments
Cash payments must be made on arrival before service begins.
Monthly Pre-Pay Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are paid one month in advance. Payment is due on the day your service begins before scooping can take place.
Weekly Payments
If weekly payment arrangements have been approved, payment must be made the day before your scheduled ScoopaDoopa day.

Missed or Late Payments
Skipped Service Due to Non-Payment: If your ScoopaDoopa day is missed because payment was not received, a one-time cleaning fee may be added to your next visit.
Late Payments: If payment becomes more than two weeks overdue, service will be discontinued until the account is brought up to date.
We understand that life happens, so please reach out to us if you fall behind and we'll work with you to arrange a plan.
Service Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel service at any time with at least 7 days notice.
If you wish to cancel service, we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged for that week's scoop.
Holidays & Company Breaks
Public Holidays: If your scoop day falls on a holiday, your service may be moved to the day before or the day after, at our discretion. You will be notified of any changes at least 7 days in advance.
Company Holidays: We may pause services from time to time to allow for employee holidays and family commitments. You will always be notified at least 7 days in advance of any changes, and your ScoopaDoopa Day will be moved to the nearest available day to your original service day.
Complaints & Service Issues

If we miss anything or there is an issue, contact us right away and we will make sure we make it right for you.
When We May Skip a Scheduled ScoopaDoopa Day
We may need to skip service if:
- Garden access is blocked or unsafe
- Gate is frozen, broken, or locked
- Unapproved dogs are in the garden
- Account is over two weeks behind
- Lawn is overgrown or covered in leaves
- Snow or conditions make waste impossible to see
We want everyone to have a ScoopaDoopa experience so remember: If we can't see it, we can't scoop it.
Gate & Property Access
Locked Gates: We will not hop fences or enter your home. Please ensure gates are unlocked or provide a key/combination. We will always re-lock gates when leaving.
Gates Left Open: Our #1 rule: Never leave a gate open. We double-check before leaving every visit.
Broken Gates: If we find a broken gate, we will secure it with zip ties (when possible) and notify you.
Dogs in the Garden
We love dogs! However, if a dog appears aggressive or unattended, service will be paused until the situation is resolved.
Weather Policy
Service may be cancelled due to:
- Heavy rain
- Thunderstorms
- Excessive snow cover
During winter, smaller waste can be difficult to see in snow. Once visible, we will scoop it as soon as possible. If service is cancelled due to weather, you will always be notified and we'll be back as soon as conditions allow.
